Auxiliary Sail

This USCG-approved course covers all the necessary information for operating inspected sail vessels. You must demonstrate that 50% of your required sea time has been on sail or auxiliary sail vessels. Upon completing the course and passing the test, Sea School will issue a certificate of completion, which you will submit to the Coast Guard for the sailing endorsement. Please note, the sailing endorsement is only available to Captains holding a Master’s license. Ensure you have or will meet the qualifications before enrolling.
